W h a t i s i t?
A platform designed to help readers find books they are interested in through peer recommendations, encouraging users to read more and connect with like minded readers.
T h e A s s u m p t i o n
We believe readers are struggling to find books to read using the current search methods.
Creating a new platform of book finding will help avid readers gain access to content more quickly, encouraging people to read more
C o m p e t i t o r s
We analyzed competitors to see what was currently out there for readers. One of our most formidable competitors was Goodreads. They had some strengths, such as a huge book catalogue but also some drawbacks such as a poor user interface and you could only find books available on Amazon. This sparked some opportunities for us, such as connecting with a wider market and giving people an alternative book source.

W h a t u s e r s a r e s a y i n g
Now we knew what was out there, it was time to talk to real readers. We conducted a round of user interviews to discuss what their current book sourcing behavior was and what was causing them stress.
